The School of Nursing has extensive experience of designing and delivering bespoke education for both large and small employers across the Southwest London area and in Gibraltar. We can provide education packages tailored to local organisational needs which are co-designed with the commissioning employer to ensure the specific professional development needs of their staff are met. Our bespoke provision ranges from short courses* to bespoke accredited and non-accredited modules delivered on the employer’s premises by School teaching staff or co-taught with the employer.

Examples of the range of bespoke education offered to date include:

• Accredited Band 5 development programmes co-delivered with employer
• Leadership development
• Short courses. 

Academic accreditation of work-place learning 

Employers seeking accreditation** for in-house courses and staff development programmes can access our dedicated flexible suite of work-based learning modules which are available at levels 6 and 7. Learning is negotiated, and the format of assessment agreed between the academic lead and the employer. 

*Single study day requests are no longer offered from March 2023.
